MARKS & SPENCER
ITL is an approved global supplier to Marks and Spencers for all our corporate, promotional label and packaging requirements. ITL have been supplying within these categories for many years and have continued to provide a high level of customer service and execution.
They are also one of our preferred suppliers for woven label development due to their high level of technical expertise. The global reach of ITL makes them an ideal partner for our business.
What makes ITL unique is the partnership they create. They are reliable, passionate, knowledgeable, and will deliver globally, on time and to our standards. Without compromising the branding or the overall ‘look & feel’ of our Principles program, IntelligenTM has provided a more cost effective solution in maximising material usage and minimising waste & cost. We saved 5-10% on cost of production, reduced our paper consumption and therefore giving us a sustainability piece to highlight.
Throughout the initial design stage and development ITL consistently produced packaging and labels to the specified quality but also with the added value of making suggestions on how to maintain quality but make cost savings through the supply chain.
Once the final selection of packaging and trims was approved, ITL provided fantastic account management support through the initial launch period. This involved helping many new suppliers understand the criteria for getting their variable data information correct for the market and also providing consistent premium packaging within the agreed specified times.
Since launch, ITL have maintained excellent account management and premium quality packaging to all our suppliers. I can honestly say I don’t believe another supplier would have been able to rise to the challenges posed by this launch and made it such a success.
