ITL Group completes acquisition of Rudholm Group and Bamatex, extending its labelling, trims and digital solutions support for brands, retailers and manufacturers worldwide
LONDON, 20 October 2026: ITL Group has completed its acquisition of Rudholm Group and Bamatex, first announced on 12 August 2026. Completion took place on 1 September 2026.
Founded in Sweden in 1951, Rudholm Group provides packaging, labels, trims and digital solutions to apparel and footwear brands, retailers and manufacturers, and operates in 12 countries with 20 offices and 9 production hubs. Bamatex adds specialist production in heat transfers, woven labels, embroidery, reflective products and imitation leather.
ITL Group now brings together ITL's vertically integrated manufacturing, RFID and digital product solutions with Rudholm's international network and long-standing customer relationships, and Bamatex's specialist production.
Neil Henderson leads the group as Group CEO. Dennis Lau continues as CEO of Rudholm Group, supported by its existing management team. Jonas Wollin, Founder of Rudholm Group, has joined the ITL Board. The combined group employs around 2,600 people across 18 countries and over 30 locations, giving customers local support across more of Europe, Asia and the USA.

The transaction was completed on 1 September 2026 following clearance under Sweden’s foreign direct investment screening regime.
